【摘要】：目的了解目前國內(nèi)外子宮頸癌經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)的研究現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展。方法檢索CNKI、VIP、萬方、Pub Med、EMBASE數(shù)據(jù)庫,搜集1996-2016年之間的子宮頸癌直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)綜述。結(jié)果共有31篇中英文文獻(xiàn)納入本次研究,來自14個(gè)國家。子宮頸癌患者的總直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)為0.72~3 114.5百萬元。例均直接醫(yī)療費(fèi)用為2 993~274 018元,例均直接非醫(yī)療費(fèi)用為1 269~7 166元。結(jié)論不同文獻(xiàn)計(jì)算的子宮頸癌直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)差異顯著。研究角度、數(shù)據(jù)來源、費(fèi)用計(jì)算方法、研究的時(shí)間跨度及地域等不同是造成這一差異的原因。直接醫(yī)療費(fèi)用研究應(yīng)用較廣,直接非醫(yī)療費(fèi)用研究較少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the research status and progress of the economic burden of cervical cancer at home and abroad. Methods CNKI,VIP, Wanfang and Pub Med,EMBASE databases were searched and the related literatures on direct economic burden of cervical cancer from 1996 to 2016 were collected and reviewed systematically. Results A total of 31 Chinese and English literature were included in this study, from 14 countries. The total direct economic burden of cervical cancer patients was $0.72 million. The direct medical expenses of all cases were 2993 ~ 274,018 yuan, and the direct non-medical expenses of all cases were 1 269 ~ 7,166 yuan. Conclusion the direct economic burden of cervical cancer calculated by different literatures is significantly different. The research angle, the data source, the cost calculation method, the time span and the region are the reasons for the difference. Direct medical expenses are widely used, and direct non-medical expenses are less.
