弓形蟲非復制型尿嘧啶營養(yǎng)缺陷型疫苗株對腫瘤的免疫治療作用

【摘要】:剛地弓形蟲(Toxoplasma gondii)是一種單細胞寄生原蟲,入侵機體后可誘導機體產(chǎn)生抗弓形蟲免疫應答,這種免疫應答與抗腫瘤免疫應答有相似之處。近年的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),弓形蟲非復制型尿嘧啶營養(yǎng)缺陷型疫苗株(nonreplicating avirulent uracil auxotroph vaccine strain,cps)能有效地抑制多種實體瘤的進展。本文就弓形蟲cps株對小鼠卵巢癌、胰腺癌和黑色素瘤的免疫治療進展進行綜述,以期為個體化癌癥免疫治療提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Toxoplasma gondii (Toxoplasma gondii) is a single-cell parasitic protozoa, which can induce the immune response against Toxoplasma gondii after invading the organism, and this immune response is similar to the anti-tumor immune response. In recent years, it has been found that Toxoplasma gondii (nonreplicating avirulent uracil auxotroph vaccine strain,cps) can effectively inhibit the progress of various solid tumors. The progress of immunotherapy of mouse ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and melanoma with Toxoplasma cps strain was reviewed in this paper, in order to provide valuable reference for individualized immunotherapy of cancer.
