【摘要】：肺癌已經(jīng)成為人類最常見的腫瘤之一,給全世界造成了嚴(yán)重的疾病負(fù)擔(dān)。肺癌在低齡人群中很少見,目前對(duì)于低齡肺癌的定義及發(fā)病率沒有定論,且不同的研究對(duì)于低齡與高齡肺癌患者在臨床流行病學(xué)特征、病理類型、預(yù)后及基因突變的差異也有不同的結(jié)論。本研究旨在闡明目前關(guān)于低齡肺癌研究的現(xiàn)狀,為低齡肺癌的研究提供借鑒與方向。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer has become one of the most common human tumors, causing a serious burden of disease around the world. Lung cancer is rare in the young population. At present, there is no conclusion on the definition and incidence of young lung cancer, and different studies on the clinical epidemiological characteristics and pathological types of lung cancer in young and old age patients. The difference of prognosis and gene mutation also has different conclusion. The purpose of this study is to clarify the current research status of low-age lung cancer and to provide reference and direction for the study of low-age lung cancer.
