【摘要】：正黏液性囊性腫瘤在闌尾、胰腺及卵巢等組織中發(fā)生率較高,肝外膽管少見(jiàn),2013年國(guó)內(nèi)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道1例肝內(nèi)膽管乳頭狀黏液性囊腺瘤~([1]),國(guó)外也有病例報(bào)道~([2])。雖然惡變率低,但如不重視或被漏診,可發(fā)展為惡性。臨床癥狀和體征不明顯,通常為影像學(xué)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),術(shù)中或術(shù)后病理確診,因此容易漏診。2017年2月,我科診斷1例肝外膽管黏液性囊性腫瘤,報(bào)道如下。1臨床資料
[Abstract]:The incidence of positive mucinous cystic tumors in appendix, pancreas and ovary is high, and extrahepatic bile duct is rare. A case of papillary mucinous cystadenoma of intrahepatic bile duct was reported in domestic literature in 2013. There are also cases reported abroad. Although the rate of malignancy is low, it can develop into malignancy if it is ignored or missed. Clinical symptoms and signs are not obvious, usually found in imaging examination, intraoperative or postoperative pathological diagnosis, so easy to miss diagnosis. In February 2017, I diagnosed a case of extrahepatic bile duct mucinous cystic tumor, reported as follows 1 clinical data.
