外周血端粒長度與非小細胞肺癌臨床特征的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的:比較非小細胞肺癌患者與正常體檢人群外周血相對端粒長度的差異,同時觀察端粒長度與非小細胞肺癌臨床特征的相關(guān)性。方法:選取2016年3月至2016年10月期間就診于蘭州軍區(qū)蘭州總醫(yī)院,經(jīng)肺部穿刺活檢或氣管鏡下活檢,病理結(jié)果顯示為非小細胞肺癌(腺癌、鱗癌、大細胞癌等),共70例患者,并選取同期體檢中心健康體檢者40例作為對照組,檢測非小細胞肺癌組及對照組外周血相對端粒長度的水平,同時統(tǒng)計非小細胞肺癌組的臨床分期、病理類型、Ki-67陽性細胞數(shù)表達水平等,運用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計學軟件進行相關(guān)指標分析。結(jié)果:1.非小細胞肺癌組患者外周血相對端粒長度明顯高于健康對照組(P0.05)。2.非小細胞肺癌組外周血相對端粒長度與臨床分期相關(guān),分期越晚(Ⅲ+Ⅳ),端粒長度縮小越明顯(P0.05)。3.不同病理類型的非小細胞肺癌患者端粒長度不同,腺癌組較鱗癌組,端粒縮短更明顯(P0.05)。4.外周血端粒長度受病灶大小的影響,病灶越大,端?s小越明顯(P0.05)。5.非小細胞肺癌組中,淋巴結(jié)是否轉(zhuǎn)移,端粒長度的變化無明顯差異(P0.05)。6.非小細胞肺癌組中,是否已出現(xiàn)遠處轉(zhuǎn)移對端粒長度的變化無影響(P0.05)。7.非小細胞肺癌組中,不同Ki-67陽性細胞數(shù)表達水平與端粒長度有明顯差異,Ki-67陽性細胞數(shù)表達水平越低,相對端粒長度越短(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.非小細胞肺癌組的端粒長度較健康對照組明顯縮短,有望成為非小細胞肺癌早期診斷的生物標志物之一;2.端粒長度與非小細胞肺癌的臨床分期、病理類型、惡性程度密切相關(guān),有望作為新的腫瘤標記物或藥物治療靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the relative telomere length in peripheral blood between patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and normal controls, and to observe the correlation between telomere length and clinical features of NSCLC.
