對羥基苯丙氨酸(酪氨酸)尿液檢測在乳腺腫瘤診療中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Background & objective: in recent years, the incidence of breast cancer has gradually increased, and has leapt to the top of the female malignant tumor [1]. It is a great threat to the lives and health of women. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to improve the cure rate of breast cancer patients [2]. At present, the examination methods of breast tumor include breast examination, ultrasound, mammography, magnetic resonance imaging, tumor markers and histopathological examination. However, all the methods mentioned above need to be checked in hospitals, or have the disadvantages of tedious, high cost, invasive and so on, so they are not suitable for large-scale screening of high risk groups of breast cancer. In recent years, the application of urine samples in tumor screening has developed rapidly, and has the advantages of simple operation, non-invasive, cost-effective and so on. There are few studies on early screening of p-hydroxyphenylalanine in urine for malignant tumors. The purpose of this study was to study the detection of breast tumors with p-hydroxyphenylalanine urine detection reagent and to explore its clinical value in screening high risk population of breast cancer. Methods: from March 2016 to June 2016, 50 healthy women were examined in the second Hospital of Jilin University. During this period, 50 patients with benign breast masses and 50 patients with breast cancer were selected from the Department of Breast surgery, the second Hospital of Jilin University. The results were analyzed and processed by SPSS21.0 software package. Results: among the 50 healthy women, the positive rate was 2% (1 / 50) and the positive rate was 4% (2 / 50) in the 50 cases of benign breast masses. The positive rate was 88% (44 / 50) in 50 patients with breast cancer. The positive rate was 6% (3 / 50) after operation. Conclusion: 1. Urine detection of p-hydroxyphenylalanine (tyrosine) cannot be used as a method for detection of benign breast masses. 2. Urine detection of p-hydroxyphenylalanine (tyrosine) can be used as a method for detection of breast cancer.
