【摘要】：目的了解2011年新疆腫瘤登記地區(qū)惡性腫瘤早死所致疾病負擔,為腫瘤防治提供依據(jù)。方法收集2011年新疆腫瘤登記地區(qū)惡性腫瘤死亡數(shù)據(jù),通過死亡率、潛在減壽年(potential years of life lost,PYLL)和早死所致生命損失年(years of life lost,YLL)來評價惡性腫瘤早死所致疾病負擔情況。結(jié)果 2011年惡性腫瘤粗死亡率為93.04/10~5,男性中標率(110.83/10~5)高于女性(61.60/105)。惡性腫瘤PYLL率為8.88‰,男性(9.29‰)高于女性(8.46‰),PYLL率的前五位依次為肺癌、肝癌、白血病、胃癌和乳腺癌,占到全部的55.07%。惡性腫瘤YLL率為10.58‰,男性(12.05‰)高于女性(9.09‰),YLL率排前五位的依次是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病和乳腺癌,占到全部的57.38%。PYLL率和YLL率均隨年齡增加呈上升趨勢,40歲以上人群占全部疾病負擔的70%,且45歲以后,男性高于女性。結(jié)論惡性腫瘤早死所致疾病負擔較重,男性高于女性,40歲以后人群所占比例較高,肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病和女性乳腺癌帶來的疾病負擔較重,為新疆地區(qū)腫瘤防治提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the burden of early death of malignant tumor in Xinjiang cancer registration area in 2011 and to provide evidence for tumor prevention and treatment. Methods the data of malignant tumor death in Xinjiang cancer registration area in 2011 were collected.
