【摘要】：目的:探討中國(guó)東北地區(qū)漢族人群,人體血液中天然結(jié)構(gòu)生育酚水平與肺癌發(fā)生相關(guān)性。方法:回顧性分析2010年1月1日至2015年12月31日期間,于吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院就診肺癌患者150例及于健康門(mén)診同期隨訪體檢人群150例。應(yīng)用超高效液相色譜法測(cè)定上述血液標(biāo)本中α-生育酚及γ-生育酚水平。采用Logistic回歸模型分析人體血液中α-生育酚及γ-生育酚水平與肺癌發(fā)生的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果:Logistic回歸:血液中α-生育酚及γ-生育酚水平在肺癌組中明顯降低,且具有顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。(α-生育酚血液水平:OR比值95%可信區(qū)間[5.249-803.17]P值0.001;γ-生育酚血液水平:OR比值95%可信區(qū)間[1.539-7.582]P值0.001)。且不受年齡,性別,采血季節(jié),肺癌家族史,吸煙,飲酒,ECOG評(píng)分等多種因素影響。(α-生育酚血液水平:OR比值95%可信區(qū)間[1537.5-64.832]P值0.001;丫-生育酚血液水平:OR比值95%可信區(qū)間[8.253-2.987]P值0.001)。結(jié)論:中國(guó)東北地區(qū)漢族人群中,在肺癌人群中人體血液內(nèi)α-生育酚及γ-生育酚水平下降為肺癌發(fā)生獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。具備顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between natural structure tocopherol and lung cancer in the Han population in Northeast China. Methods: from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2015, 150 patients with lung cancer were treated in the first Hospital of Jilin University and 150 patients were followed up at the same time. The levels of 偽-tocopherol and 緯-tocopherol in blood samples were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of 偽 -tocopherol and 緯 -tocopherol in human blood and the occurrence of lung cancer. Results: Logistic regression showed that the levels of 偽 -tocopherol and 緯 -tocopherol in blood were significantly decreased in lung cancer group. (偽 -tocopherol blood level: 95% confidence interval of OR ratio [5.249-803.17] P 0.001; Blood level of 緯 -tocopherol: 95% confidence interval of OR ratio [1.539-7.582] P value 0.001). It was not affected by age, sex, blood collection season, family history of lung cancer, smoking, drinking, ECOG score, etc. (偽 -tocopherol blood level: 95% confidence interval of OR ratio [1537.5-64.832] P 0.001; Ya-tocopherol blood level: OR ratio 95% confidence interval [8.253-2.987] P value 0.001). Conclusion: the levels of 偽 -tocopherol and 緯 -tocopherol in human blood are independent risk factors of lung cancer in the Han population of Northeast China. It has significant statistical significance.
