【摘要】：目的探討程序性死亡配體-1(programmed death ligand-1,PD-L1)在乳腺癌組織及間質(zhì)浸潤淋巴細胞(stromal tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte,sTIL)中的表達及其與臨床病理特征的關系。方法收集68例乳腺非特殊性浸潤性癌,采用免疫組化EliVision兩步法檢測PD-L1蛋白表達,并分析其與免疫組化亞型及臨床病理特征的關系。結(jié)果乳腺腫瘤細胞中PD-L1總陽性率為35.3%,尤其在三陰型乳腺癌腫瘤細胞中的陽性率最高,在管腔型、HER-2過表達型及三陰型乳腺癌腫瘤細胞中的陽性率分別為16.1%、37.5%、61.9%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。PD-L1在sTIL中的總陽性率為51.5%,且在三陰型乳腺癌中最高,陽性率為81.0%;PD-L1在管腔型、HER-2過表達型及三陰型乳腺癌sTIL中的表達差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。PD-L1在乳腺癌與sTIL中的表達呈正相關。結(jié)論 PD-L1在三陰型乳腺癌中表達明顯高于其他類型乳腺癌,阻斷PD-L1/PD-1信號通路,有望成為乳腺癌尤其是三陰型乳腺癌免疫治療的新策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1 (programmed death ligand-1,PD-L1 in breast cancer tissues and interstitial infiltrating lymphocytes (stromal tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte,sTIL) and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods 68 cases of nonspecific invasive breast carcinoma were collected. The expression of PD-L1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical EliVision two-step method, and its relationship with immunohistochemical subtypes and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results the total positive rate of PD-L1 in breast cancer cells was 35.3g, especially the highest positive rate in tri-negative breast cancer cells, and the positive rate was in lumen type. The positive rates of HER-2 overexpression type and triple negative type breast cancer cell were 16.1and 37.5 respectively, the difference was statistically significant. The total positive rate of PD-L1 in sTIL was 51.5%. The highest positive rate was 81.0 in the three-negative breast cancer. There was a significant difference in the expression of PD-L1 in lumen type, HER-2 overexpression type and triple negative type breast cancer sTIL. The expression of PD-L1 in breast cancer was positively correlated with sTIL expression. Conclusion the expression of PD-L1 in triple negative breast cancer is significantly higher than that in other types of breast cancer. Blocking the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling pathway may be a new strategy of immunotherapy for breast cancer, especially for triple negative breast cancer.
