【摘要】：目的:觀察艾迪注射液是否可以改善乳腺癌患者抑郁、焦慮情緒。觀察艾迪注射液是否可以改善乳腺癌患者生活質(zhì)量。材料與方法:選取遼寧省腫瘤醫(yī)院內(nèi)一科2016年3月至2016年8月住院的乳腺癌患者,共50例。采用前瞻性隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床研究方法,將符合條件的患者隨機(jī)分成試驗(yàn)組(n=24)和對(duì)照組(n=26)。試驗(yàn)組,在常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療的同時(shí),靜滴艾迪注射液(10 m L/支),100 m L+加入0.9%氯化鈉注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液400-450ml靜脈點(diǎn)滴,每日1次,連續(xù)治療7日,停藥14日,21日為1周期,連續(xù)應(yīng)用2周期。對(duì)照組:空白對(duì)照,只接受常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療。記錄第1周期開(kāi)始和第2周期結(jié)束,兩組患者焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)及生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查表(QLQ-C30)評(píng)分,觀察評(píng)分變化情況,同時(shí)觀察艾迪注射液的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:1.試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,兩組患者在性別、年齡、體力狀況評(píng)分、臨床分期方面具有較好的均衡性,(均有P0.05)。2.試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組兩組腫瘤緩解率(ORR)比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。3.試驗(yàn)組治療前后焦慮量表評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療后優(yōu)于治療前;對(duì)照組治療前后焦慮量表評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組治療后組間焦慮量表評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。4.試驗(yàn)組治療前后抑郁量表評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療后優(yōu)于治療前;對(duì)照組治療前后抑郁量表評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組治療后組間抑郁量表評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。5.試驗(yàn)組治療前后生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查表各項(xiàng)評(píng)分比較,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:疲倦癥狀領(lǐng)域和總體健康狀況領(lǐng)域評(píng)分P0.05有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療后優(yōu)于治療前,其余各項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;對(duì)照組治療前后生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查表各項(xiàng)評(píng)分比較,疲倦、腹瀉癥狀領(lǐng)域評(píng)分P0.05有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療前優(yōu)于治療后,其余各項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果:P0.05均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論:1.艾迪注射液可改善乳腺癌患者的抑郁情緒。2.艾迪注射液可改善乳腺癌患者的焦慮情緒。3.艾迪注射液可改善乳腺癌患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe whether Aidi injection can improve depression and anxiety in breast cancer patients. To observe whether Aidi injection can improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Materials and methods: 50 breast cancer patients from March 2016 to August 2016 in Liaoning Cancer Hospital were selected. Prospective randomized controlled clinical study was used to randomly divide the eligible patients into two groups: the trial group (n = 24) and the control group (n = 26). In the experimental group, Aidi injection (10 mL / branch) was injected intravenously with 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection 400-450ml intravenously at the same time of routine western medicine treatment for 7 consecutive days. Drug withdrawal for 14 days, 21 days for 1 cycle, continuous application of 2 cycles. Control group: blank control group, only accepted routine western medicine treatment. At the beginning of the first cycle and the end of the second cycle, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and quality of life (QLQ-C30) were recorded, and the changes of the scores were observed. At the same time, the adverse reactions of Aidi injection were observed. Results: 1. Test group and control group, the two groups of patients in gender, age, physical strength scores, clinical stages have a better balance, (P0.05). 2. Test group and control group tumor remission rate (ORR) comparison, test results: P0.05 no statistical significance. The test group before and after treatment anxiety scale score comparison, test results: P0.05 has statistical difference, after treatment is better than before treatment; the control group before and after treatment anxiety scale score comparison, test results: P0.05 no statistical difference; Test group and control group after treatment between the anxiety scale score comparison, test results: P0.05 has statistical difference, the test group is better than the control group. 4. Test group before and after treatment depression scale score comparison, test results: P0.05 has statistical difference, after treatment is better than before treatment; the control group before and after treatment depression scale score comparison, test results: P0.05 no statistical difference; Test group and control group after treatment between the depression scale score comparison, test results: P0.05, the test group is better than the control group. 5. The scores of QOL questionnaire were compared before and after treatment in the trial group. The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of fatigue symptom area and general health status (P0.05), which were better than those before and after treatment. The other test results: P0.05, there was no statistical difference; Control group before and after treatment quality of life questionnaire scores, fatigue, diarrhea symptoms P05 scores were statistically significant, before treatment than after treatment, the rest of the test results: P0.05 no statistical difference. Conclusion: 1. Aidi injection can improve depression in breast cancer patients. 2. 2. Eddie injection can improve anxiety in breast cancer patients. Eddie injection can improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
