【摘要】：正患者女性,59歲,發(fā)現(xiàn)腹脹、腹痛1年余,近2個(gè)月不斷加重,腹部膨隆明顯就醫(yī)。盆腔超聲示右側(cè)附件區(qū)見一巨大腫物(最大直徑約26 cm)。隨后患者接受右側(cè)卵巢及腫物切除。術(shù)后隨訪5個(gè)月,患者情況良好,無(wú)腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移。病理檢查眼觀:送檢灰紅、灰黃色腫物1個(gè),大小25cm×22 cm×11 cm,表面光滑、呈分葉狀,卵巢組織大小3.5cm×2.6 cm×1.5 cm,附著于腫瘤表面。腫物邊界清,有薄包膜,切面大部分區(qū)域?yàn)閷?shí)性,灰白、灰黃色相間,質(zhì)韌。部
[Abstract]:Female patient, 59 years old, found abdominal distension, abdominal pain more than one year, the last 2 months of continuous exacerbation, abdominal distention obvious medical treatment. Pelvic ultrasound showed a large tumor in the right adnexal region (the maximum diameter was about 26 cm). The patient was subsequently removed from the right ovary and tumor. Follow-up for 5 months showed that the patients were in good condition and had no recurrence or metastasis. Histopathological examination showed that there were one gray red, one grayish yellow mass, and the size of 25cm 脳 22 cm 脳 11 cm, was smooth and lobulated, and the size of ovary was 3.5cm 脳 2.6 cm 脳 1.5 cm, attached to the surface of the tumor.
