【摘要】：原發(fā)性肝癌是我國(guó)常見(jiàn)的消化系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤,其中以肝細(xì)胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)為最多見(jiàn)。多數(shù)HCC患者確診時(shí)已為晚期,喪失了手術(shù)和局部治療的機(jī)會(huì),系統(tǒng)治療被認(rèn)為是晚期HCC的主要治療方式。傳統(tǒng)細(xì)胞毒類藥物化療對(duì)晚期HCC效果不明顯,分子靶向藥物索拉非尼雖有生存獲益,但客觀有效率僅為2%~3%,且價(jià)格昂貴。節(jié)律性化療由于靶向腫瘤新生血管,在晚期轉(zhuǎn)移性癌癥中的治療作用越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。本文擬對(duì)節(jié)律性化療在晚期HCC中的治療進(jìn)展做一簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Primary liver cancer (HCC) is a common malignant tumor of digestive system in China, of which hepatocellular carcinoma (hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC) is the most common. The majority of HCC patients have been diagnosed as late, lost the opportunity of surgery and local treatment, systemic therapy is considered as the main treatment of late HCC. The effect of traditional cytotoxic drugs chemotherapy on advanced HCC is not obvious. Although the molecular targeted drug Solafenib has the benefit of survival, the objective effective rate is only 2%, and the price is high. Rhythmic chemotherapy has attracted more and more attention in the treatment of advanced metastatic cancer due to its targeting tumor neovascularization. This article reviews the progress of rhythmic chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced HCC.
