【摘要】：可溶性耐藥相關(guān)鈣結(jié)合蛋白(soluble resistance-related calcium-binding protein,SORCIN)是一個22k Da的具有典型"EF-hand"結(jié)構(gòu)的鈣結(jié)合蛋白,參與細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)。SORCIN廣泛分布于多種組織,其中在正常的心臟與腦組織中高表達(dá),而在部分腫瘤組織中過表達(dá)。近年來,大量的臨床數(shù)據(jù)顯示SORCIN與腫瘤耐藥性密切相關(guān)�；A(chǔ)研究表明SORCIN不僅參與腫瘤細(xì)胞多藥耐藥(multidrug resistance,MDR)的形成,且與腫瘤的惡性程度、不良預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。此外,部分研究證明SORCIN參與ATP結(jié)合盒轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體(ABC transporter)的調(diào)節(jié),進(jìn)而對腫瘤耐藥性產(chǎn)生影響。因此,SORCIN有望成為腫瘤耐藥診斷及治療的新靶點(diǎn)。本文對SORCIN及其在腫瘤耐藥方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Soluble drug-resistance-associated calcium-binding protein (soluble resistance-related calcium-binding protein,SORCIN) is a 22k Da calcium-binding protein with typical "EF-hand" structure, which participates in intracellular calcium homeostasis regulation. SORCIN is widely distributed in many tissues. It was overexpressed in normal heart and brain tissues and overexpressed in some tumor tissues. In recent years, a large number of clinical data show that SORCIN is closely related to tumor resistance. Basic research shows that SORCIN is not only involved in the formation of multidrug resistance (multidrug resistance,MDR) of tumor cells, but also closely related to the malignancy and poor prognosis of tumor. In addition, some studies have demonstrated that SORCIN is involved in the regulation of ATP binding cassette transporter (ABC transporter) and thus has an effect on tumor resistance. Therefore, SORCIN is expected to be a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor resistance. This article reviews the progress of SORCIN and its application in tumor resistance.
