【摘要】：目的:探討南充市甲狀腺腫瘤發(fā)病趨勢(shì)及腫瘤的良惡性、患者年齡、組織學(xué)類型等構(gòu)成情況,為南充市甲狀腺腫瘤防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:選取2001年1月至2015年12月15年間川北醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院活檢病理檔案中3 299例甲狀腺腫瘤患者臨床病理資料,采用Microsoft excel和SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)錄入和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:甲狀腺腫瘤患者共3 299例,其中良性腫瘤2 503例(75.9%),惡性腫瘤796例(24.1%);良惡性腫瘤高發(fā)年齡均為40~49歲,該年齡段良性腫瘤構(gòu)成比為33.0%,惡性腫瘤構(gòu)成比為27.3%;年齡≤35歲的甲狀腺惡性腫瘤患者構(gòu)成比為23.5%;男性566例,女性2 733例,男女比例為1:4.8。結(jié)論:由于甲狀腺腫瘤發(fā)病率逐年增加,并且每階段甲狀腺惡性腫瘤構(gòu)成比逐漸增加,男女發(fā)病例數(shù)差異顯著等特點(diǎn),所以甲狀腺腫瘤越來(lái)越受到預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)界的關(guān)注,亟待開(kāi)展有針對(duì)性的檢測(cè)并加強(qiáng)防控措施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence trend of thyroid neoplasms in Nanchong City and the constitution of benign and malignant tumors, age of patients, histological types and so on, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of thyroid tumors in Nanchong City. Methods: from January 2001 to December 2015, 3 299 patients with thyroid tumor were selected from pathological records of biopsy in affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. The data were inputted and statistically analyzed by Microsoft excel and SPSS 17.0 software. Results: there were 3 299 cases of thyroid tumor, including 2 503 cases of benign tumor (75.9%) and 796 cases of malignant tumor (24.1%).
