【摘要】：正結(jié)直腸癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是消化系統(tǒng)中最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,隨著生活習(xí)慣和飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)病率呈逐年上升趨勢,在我國及世界范圍內(nèi)其發(fā)病率高居惡性腫瘤的第3位~([1])。其早期缺乏特異性的臨床表現(xiàn),而侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移又使中晚期結(jié)直腸癌的治療面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌的5年存活率低于20%~([2])。結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展是涉及多個基因、多個步驟的復(fù)雜過程,但其具體機制尚不明確,因
[Abstract]:Positive colorectal cancer (colorectal cancer,CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system. In our country and in the world, its incidence rate is the third highest in malignant tumor. It lacks specific clinical manifestations in the early stage, and invasion and metastasis make the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer face great challenges. The 5-year survival rate of metastatic colorectal cancer is lower than 20 ~ (2). The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer is a complex process involving multiple genes and steps, but its specific mechanism is still unclear.
