【摘要】：正發(fā)生在女性生殖道的原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤臨床罕見,正確的分類尚不清楚。作者報(bào)道19例女性生殖道原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤的臨床表現(xiàn)、組織學(xué)、免疫表型和EWSR1基因重排情況。其中發(fā)生于卵巢者10例、子宮者8例及會(huì)陰者1例�；颊吣挲g12~68歲,發(fā)生于卵巢和子宮的原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤中位年齡分別為20、51歲。15例原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤中可見中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)腫瘤的形態(tài)學(xué)特征,包括9例髓母細(xì)胞瘤、3例室管膜瘤、2例髓上皮瘤和1例膠質(zhì)母細(xì)胞瘤,與中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤較一致。剩余4例原始
[Abstract]:Primordial neuroectodermal tumors occurring in the female genital tract are rare and the correct classification is unclear. The clinical manifestations, histology, immunophenotype and EWSR1 gene rearrangement of 19 cases of primitive neuroectodermal tumors of female genital tract were reported. Among them, 10 cases occurred in ovary, 8 cases in uterus and 1 case in perineum. The median age of the patients with primitive neuroectodermal tumors occurring in the ovary and uterus was 20 to 51 years old. The morphological features of central nervous system tumors were observed in 15 cases of primitive neuroectodermal tumors, including 9 cases of medulloblastoma. 3 cases of ependymoma, 2 cases of medullary epithelioma and 1 case of glioblastoma were consistent with primitive neuroectodermal tumors of central nervous system.
