【摘要】：目的探究肝癌患者肝臟部分切除術(shù)后感染發(fā)生的影響因素。方法選取2015年1月-2017年6月醫(yī)院收治的400例行部分肝臟切除術(shù)的肝癌患者為研究對象,按照術(shù)后是否發(fā)生感染分為感染組98例和未感染組302例;分析比較兩組患者的臨床基本資料,術(shù)前檢查結(jié)果及手術(shù)過程指標(biāo)。結(jié)果與未感染組相比,感染組患者中年齡≥60歲、合并糖尿病、白蛋白含量35g/L的概率高于對照組(P0.05);感染組患者的手術(shù)時間≥300min、術(shù)中出血量≥400mL、引流管放置時間≥7d的構(gòu)成比高于未感染組(P0.05);多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,患者年齡、術(shù)前糖尿病史、低白蛋白水平、手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量及引流管放置時間能夠影響肝癌患者肝臟部分切除術(shù)后并發(fā)感染(P0.05)。結(jié)論肝癌患者部分肝臟切除術(shù)后并發(fā)感染的相關(guān)因素較多,對影響因素給予相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施,對減少術(shù)后感染的發(fā)生,有一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of infection after partial hepatectomy in patients with liver cancer. Methods 400 patients with liver cancer treated in hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were divided into infected group (n = 98) and uninfected group (n = 302) according to whether infection occurred after operation. The clinical data, preoperative examination results and surgical procedure indexes were analyzed and compared between the two groups.
