【摘要】：目的探討不同分子亞型乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者的臨床病理特征及預(yù)后。方法收集2007年9月1日至2011年9月1日于西安交通大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院診治的300例乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者資料,回顧性分析其臨床特征及預(yù)后。結(jié)果Luminal A型、Luminal B型、Her-2過表達(dá)型以及三陰性乳腺癌在本組乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者(300例)中所占比率分別為59.0%、16.0%、13.7%和11.3%。4組患者在年齡、原發(fā)腫瘤大小和組織學(xué)分級方面的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而絕經(jīng)狀態(tài)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、病理類型及脈管侵犯等指標(biāo)差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析顯示,Luminal A型乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者的中位生存時間為28.6月,高于Luminal B型(26.9月)、Her-2過表達(dá)型(20.9月)及三陰性(12.0月)乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者。4組患者的總生存時間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論不同亞型乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者的臨床特征和預(yù)后存在差異;Lumina A型乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者預(yù)后較好,三陰性乳腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者預(yù)后較差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer with bone metastasis. Methods from September 1, 2007 to September 1, 2011, 300 patients with bone metastasis from breast cancer were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and their clinical features and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results the percentage of Luminal A type, Luminal B, Her-2 overexpression type and triple negative breast cancer in this group was 59.016.0% and 11.3.4%, respectively. The difference of primary tumor size and histological grade was statistically significant (P0.05), but menopausal status, lymph node metastasis, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the median survival time of patients with bone metastasis of, Luminal A breast cancer was 28.6 months, which was higher than that of Luminal B patients (26.9 months). Her-2 overexpression (20.9 months) and three-negative (12.0 months) breast cancer bone metastasis patients. 4 groups of patients with total survival time difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the clinical features and prognosis of patients with bone metastases from breast cancer with different subtypes are different. The prognosis of patients with bone metastasis of; Lumina A type breast cancer is better than that of patients with bone metastasis of triple negative breast cancer.
