Science & Technology Vision 醫(yī)療科技 科技視界 年 月第 期 2012 03 07 抗腫瘤中藥有效部位及化學(xué)成分研究進(jìn)展 張秀云 （山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)藥學(xué)院 山東 濟(jì)南 250355 ） 【摘 要】查閱大量近幾年相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，對中藥抗腫瘤的有效部位篩選、有效成分的分離、鑒定研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。 中藥抗腫瘤 研究目前已初具規(guī)模，在抗腫瘤的部位篩選、有效成分等方面的研究中已取得一定的成績。 但中藥抗腫瘤的研究應(yīng)在傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī) 藥理論指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行。 隨著科學(xué)的發(fā)展，，人們對腫瘤的病因、病機(jī)、治療等方面有了新的認(rèn)識，這對中藥抗腫瘤的研究提出了嚴(yán)峻 的挑戰(zhàn)。 【關(guān)鍵詞】中藥抗腫瘤；有效部位；有效成分 【Abstract 】Study the progress of the effective parts of traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor screening, separation and identifi- cation of the active ingredients. The research of traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor has made great achievements in effective parts, active ingredients. But it should be guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to study the anti-tumor.
