【摘要】：背景與目的:mi R-210與胃癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關(guān),但其作用機(jī)制及臨床意義仍不明確。該研究旨在探討mi R-210在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)情況及其臨床意義。方法:采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RTFQ-PCR)檢測(cè)78例胃癌組織及相應(yīng)的癌旁組織中mi R-210的表達(dá)情況,分析其與臨床病理因素及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:RTFQ-PCR檢查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),mi R-210在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)高于癌旁組織,兩者相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。mi R-210的表達(dá)與腫瘤大小、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及TNM分期密切相關(guān),而與患者年齡、性別、腫瘤的分化程度及浸潤(rùn)深度等無(wú)關(guān)。mi R-210低表達(dá)患者5年生存率為48.2%,mi R-210高表達(dá)患者5年生存率為30.4%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.216,P=0.040)。結(jié)論:mi R-210在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)明顯高于癌旁正常組織,可能與胃癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及預(yù)后有關(guān)。mi R-210有望成為胃癌新的診斷標(biāo)志物及治療靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Background & objective: mi R-210 is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, but its mechanism and clinical significance are still unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of mi R-210 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RTFQ-PCR) was used to detect the expression of mi R-210 in 78 cases of gastric cancer and its adjacent tissues, and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological factors and prognosis was analyzed. Results: RTFQ-PCR showed that the expression of mi R-210 in gastric cancer was higher than that in paracancerous tissue, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the expression of). Mi R-210 was closely related to tumor size, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, but it was related to the age and sex of the patients. The 5-year survival rate of patients with low expression of mi R-210 was 48.2%. The 5-year survival rate of patients with high expression of R-210 was 30.4% (蠂 2 / 2 4.216g / P 0.040). Conclusion: the expression of mi R-210 in gastric cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, which may be related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer. Mi R-210 may be a new diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for gastric cancer.
