【摘要】：正作者報(bào)道9例罕見的具有胃和腸分化且與人類乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染無(wú)關(guān)的子宮頸原位腺癌(AIS)�；颊吣挲g25~73歲(平均51歲),所有病例均位于子宮頸鱗-柱交界區(qū)(或鄰近),其中有3例延伸子宮下段,2例累及子宮內(nèi)膜。所有病例均大部分保留正常子宮頸腺體結(jié)構(gòu),其中5例有輕度腺體復(fù)雜性增生。腺上皮從幾乎為純胃型(4例)至混合不同比例杯狀細(xì)胞的胃腸型(5例)。與正常的子宮頸腺體嗜堿性細(xì)胞質(zhì)不同,胃型上皮通常由明顯嗜酸性或淺粉色胞
[Abstract]:The authors report 9 rare cases of cervical in situ adenocarcinoma (AIS). With gastric and intestinal differentiation unrelated to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. The age of the patients was 2573 years (mean 51 years). All the patients were located at or near the squamous column junction of the cervix. Of them, 3 cases involved the endometrium in 2 cases with extension of the lower segment of the uterus. In all cases, the normal structure of cervical gland was preserved in most cases, of which 5 cases had mild hyperplasia of complex glands. The glandular epithelium changed from almost pure stomach type (4 cases) to gastrointestinal type mixed with different proportion of goblet cells (5 cases). Unlike the normal basophilic cytoplasm of the cervix glands, gastric epithelium is usually composed of distinct eosinophilic or light pink cells
