【摘要】：目的分析非白念珠菌性血流感染的流行病學(xué)現(xiàn)況及相關(guān)危險因素,為臨床防治提供依據(jù)。方法對2007-2015年醫(yī)院91例念珠菌性血流感染腫瘤患者病歷資料進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 91例念珠菌性血流感染腫瘤患者中白念珠菌性血流感染者49例占53.8%,非白念珠菌感染者42例占46.2%,其中造成非白念珠菌性血流感染的病原菌依次為近平滑念珠菌21株占23.1%,光滑念珠菌8株占8.8%、熱帶念珠菌7株占7.7%、無名念珠菌和葡萄牙念珠菌各3株占3.3%;念珠菌性血流感染患者30天死亡率為28.6%(白念珠菌為26.5%,非白念珠菌為31.0%);相比白念珠菌,住院天數(shù)≥35天,以及腫瘤遠處臟器轉(zhuǎn)移是非白念珠菌性血流感染的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論本研究不僅對念珠菌性血流感染流行病學(xué)現(xiàn)況進行了分析,更明確了腫瘤患者合并非白念珠菌性血流感染的獨立危險因素,為制定相應(yīng)的預(yù)防及治療措施提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological status and related risk factors of non-Candida albicans blood flow infection in order to provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods the medical records of 91 patients with Candida bloodstream infection tumor from 2007 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.
