RNA解螺旋酶DDX5在腫瘤中的研究進展

【摘要】:RNA解螺旋酶DDX5(DEAD-box helicase 5)是一種具有多種生物活性功能的核蛋白,在核糖體生物合成、細(xì)胞增殖及凋亡等多種生物學(xué)過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,同時也對多種轉(zhuǎn)錄因子具有共激活作用。最新研究發(fā)現(xiàn),DDX5在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、非小細(xì)胞肺癌等多種腫瘤組織中表達異常,參與腫瘤生物學(xué)行為的調(diào)控,是腫瘤診斷及預(yù)后的新標(biāo)志。探索DDX5在腫瘤中的作用機制可能對診療及預(yù)后均有重要意義。該文就DDX5基因及蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,特別是其在腫瘤中的研究進展作一綜述,并對其研究前景進行展望。
[Abstract]:RNA helicase DDX5 (DEAD-box helicase 5) is a kind of ribosomal protein with many biological activities, which plays an important role in many biological processes such as ribosomal biosynthesis, cell proliferation and apoptosis, as well as coactivates many transcription factors. The new study found that DDX5 is a new marker of tumor diagnosis and prognosis because of its abnormal expression in breast cancer, prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and other tumor tissues, which is involved in the regulation of tumor biological behavior. Exploring the mechanism of DDX5 in tumor may play an important role in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. In this paper, the structure and function of DDX5 gene and protein, especially its research progress in tumor, are reviewed, and its research prospect is prospected.
