【摘要】：長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNAs(long noncoding RNAs,lnc RNAs)是長(zhǎng)度≥200個(gè)核苷酸的非蛋白編碼轉(zhuǎn)錄子。多數(shù)lnc RNAs在腫瘤組織中顯示致癌基因的作用,通過(guò)影響腫瘤細(xì)胞的增生、遷移、浸潤(rùn)和轉(zhuǎn)移促進(jìn)腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展;部分lnc RNAs已成為特定腫瘤的診斷及預(yù)后標(biāo)志物。對(duì)其表達(dá)、功能及機(jī)制的研究成為當(dāng)前腫瘤研究的熱點(diǎn),但多集中于上皮源性腫瘤。本文旨在對(duì)lnc RNAs在淋巴造血系統(tǒng)腫瘤中的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Long chain noncoding RNAs (long noncoding RN Aslnc RNAs is a nonprotein encoded transcript with a length of more than 200 nucleotides. Most of lnc RNAs show the role of oncogene in tumor tissues, and promote the development of tumor by affecting the proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. Some lnc RNAs has become a diagnostic and prognostic marker of specific tumors. The study of its expression, function and mechanism has become a hot topic in current tumor research, but it is mainly focused on epithelial-derived tumors. The purpose of this article is to review the research progress of lnc RNAs in lymphatic hematopoietic tumors.
