【摘要】：胰腺癌是常見的死亡率最高的惡性腫瘤之一。胰腺癌沒有早期診斷方法,大多數(shù)患者都沒有局部癥狀或體征,導致大多數(shù)患者直到癌癥晚期才被診斷,甚至在癌癥轉(zhuǎn)移后才診斷。胰腺癌中任一類型均預后不佳,平均生存時間一般不超過6個月,5年生存率大約為5%。這篇文章,我們要回顧胰腺癌多種危險因素及有效的早期篩查,重點在于使患者識別自己為危險人群,讓危險人群早日警惕該病的發(fā)生,爭取做到早診斷、早治療。
[Abstract]:Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. There is no early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, and most patients do not have local symptoms or signs, leading to the majority of patients not diagnosed until late stage of cancer, even after cancer metastasis. The average survival time was less than 6 months, and the 5-year survival rate was about 5%. In this article, we want to review the multiple risk factors of pancreatic cancer and effective early screening. The emphasis is to make patients identify themselves as risk groups, so that people at risk can be alert to the occurrence of the disease and strive for early diagnosis and treatment.
