miRNA單核苷酸多態(tài)性與宮頸癌的相關性研究

【摘要】:目的探討miR-27a、miR-34a/c和miR-107單核苷酸多態(tài)性與宮頸癌的相關性。方法收集104例宮頸癌及186例對照,采用多重PCR技術對miR-27a,miR-34a/c和miR-107單核苷酸多態(tài)性進行分析,卡方檢驗分析各基因型與宮頸癌之間的相關性。結果在病例組和對照組中,miR-27a rs895819 TT、CT和CC基因型的分布為52.9%、44.1%、2.9%和59.8%、33.7%、6.5%,miR-34b/c rs4938723 TT、CT和CC基因型的分布為51.9%、35.6%、12.5%和47.3%、44.1%、8.6%,miR-107 rs2296616 TT、CT和CC基因型的分布為80.8%、19.2%、0%和81.2%、17.7%、1.1%,各位點基因型頻數(shù)分布差別均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。進一步分層分析發(fā)現(xiàn),不同年齡的各基因型分布在對照組和病例組中差異也均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 miR-27a rs895819、miR-34b/c rs4938723和miR-107 rs2296616基因多態(tài)性可能與宮頸癌發(fā)生無關。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms of miR-27a, miR-34a/c and miR-107 and cervical cancer. Methods 104 cases of cervical cancer and 186 cases of control were collected. Multiple PCR technique was used to analyze the single nucleotide polymorphisms of miR-27a, miR-34a/c and miR-107. The correlation between the genotypes and cervical cancer was analyzed by chi square test. The results were in the case group and the case group. In the group, the distribution of miR-27a rs895819 TT, CT and CC genotypes was 52.9%, 44.1%, 2.9% and 59.8%, 33.7%, 6.5%, miR-34b/c rs4938723 TT, CT and CC genotypes of 51.9%, 35.6%, 12.5% and 47.3%, 44.1%, 8.6%, miR-107 rs2296616. There was no statistical significance (P0.05). Further stratified analysis found that the distribution of genotypes at different ages was also not statistically significant in the control group and the case group (P0.05). Conclusion miR-27a rs895819, miR-34b/c rs4938723 and miR-107 rs2296616 gene polymorphisms may not be related to the occurrence of cervical cancer.
