[Abstract]:Objective: colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, and its prognosis is affected by many factors. The influence of miRNA-21 in the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients is still controversial. This study mainly uses evidence-based medicine to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment by meta analysis of the relationship between miRNA-21 and the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Medical evidence. Methods: according to the type of the research, the object of research and the purpose of the study, the strict document inclusion and exclusion criteria, the detailed retrieval strategy, the PubMed, EBSCO, EMBASE full text database, the Cochrane library, Medline, the full text database of Chinese academic periodicals (CNKI), the Wanfang database and the scientific citation were retrieved through computer system. The index database, the Chinese biomedical literature database, the database of the Chongqing VIP Chinese sci-tech journal, and other databases were retrieved from the date of the establishment of the database to 03 months of 2017. In order to improve the recall, all the related references were traced. Result: in the final 18 literature, 4394 patients with colorectal cancer were included, 15 of which were related to the relationship between miRNA-21 and the prognosis of colorectal cancer, and 3 were used to study the miRNA-21 in the blood; 7 documents provided the relationship between miRNA-21 and DFS, and 13 articles presented the relationship between miRNA-21 and OS. In addition, Oue and Schett Er reported the relationship between miRNA-21 and OS in two groups of independent samples. The results of.Meta analysis showed 1. The risk of short total survival after the operation is 2.57 times as high as that of the patients without overexpression of miRNA-21. It indicates that the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients with miRNA-21 overexpression in the tissue is poor and miRNA-21 is a bad cause of the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. 2, in the analysis of the relationship between miRNA-21 expression and DFS in colorectal cancer patients, 7 studies were included. The combined effect of HR=1.49,95%CI was (1.33,1.68), P0.00001.95%CI did not contain 1, and HR1 was combined, suggesting that colorectal cancer patients with miRNA-21 overexpression in the tissue have a shorter disease-free survival and a shorter postoperative period. The risk of the disease was 1.49 times the risk of miRNA-21 without overexpression, indicating that miRNA-21 was an adverse factor in the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. 3, only 3 studies involved the relationship between the expression of miRNA-21 in the blood of the rectal cancer patients and the prognosis of the prognosis. Conclusions: 1, the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients is affected by many factors, and the overexpression of miRNA-21 suggests poor prognosis for colorectal cancer; 2, miRNA-21 can be a new direction for the future research of colorectal cancer, and provide a potential target for the targeted treatment of colorectal cancer; 3, this study can not completely avoid the existence of bias and still need more. High quality clinical studies are needed to further validate the findings.
