磁感應(yīng)熱療惡性腫瘤技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:磁感應(yīng)熱療惡性腫瘤是一種基于交變磁場(chǎng)輻照磁介質(zhì)并通過(guò)磁感應(yīng)產(chǎn)熱殺死腫瘤病變組織的新興技術(shù)。20世紀(jì)60年代,磁感應(yīng)熱療技術(shù)興起,圍繞提高熱療效果、開(kāi)發(fā)兼具多重療效的磁性介質(zhì)和優(yōu)化溫度場(chǎng)分布,開(kāi)展了大量研究工作,取得了顯著效果。本文總結(jié)了鐵磁熱籽、磁流體、磁性脂質(zhì)體、磁性微晶玻璃、磁性骨水泥等的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究與臨床應(yīng)用近期進(jìn)展,指出進(jìn)一步提高療效、優(yōu)化治療區(qū)熱場(chǎng)分布中存在的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Magnetic induction hyperthermia malignant tumor is a new technology based on the magnetic media irradiated by alternating magnetic field and by magnetic induction heat production to kill the tumor tissue in.20 century. The magnetic induction thermotherapy technology rose in the 60s. The magnetic medium and the optimal temperature field with multiple therapeutic effects are developed around the enhancement of the effect of thermotherapy, and a lot of research work has been carried out. This paper summarizes the recent progress in the experimental research and clinical application of ferromagnetic hot seed, magnetic fluid, magnetic liposome, magnetic glass ceramics, magnetic bone cement and so on, and points out the problems in the heat field distribution in the treatment area.
