【摘要】：男性惡性腫瘤的放療、化療與手術(shù)等治療中,主要的并發(fā)癥之一是對(duì)性腺造成的損傷。對(duì)于日后有生育意愿的男性惡性腫瘤患者,如何在治療中保護(hù)生育功能意義重大。其中優(yōu)化治療方案、激素及抗氧化治療和精子及睪丸組織保存為主要的保護(hù)方法。本文就男性惡性腫瘤患者不同治療造成的性腺損傷機(jī)制及生殖功能的保護(hù)方法進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:One of the main complications of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery for male malignant tumors is gonadal damage. It is of great significance to protect fertility function in the treatment of male malignant tumor patients who have fertility intention in the future. Optimization of treatment, hormone and antioxidant therapy and sperm and testicular tissue preservation are the main protective methods. This article reviews the mechanism of gonadal injury and protection of reproductive function in male patients with malignant tumor.
