潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎及結(jié)直腸癌患者血清MUC1的表達(dá)水平及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的:探討血清黏蛋白1(serum mucin 1,s MUC1)在潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎、結(jié)直腸癌患者以及健康人群血清中的表達(dá)水平,分析組間差異,了解其臨床意義。方法:收集重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院2015年9月至2016年年10月確診潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎31例,結(jié)直腸癌31例為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,其中結(jié)直腸癌組分為有轉(zhuǎn)移組與無轉(zhuǎn)移組(包括淋巴結(jié)及其他臟器轉(zhuǎn)移),從體檢中心選擇31例健康體檢者作為對照組;收集臨床病例資料及患者血清,采用ELISA方法檢測各組病例血清MUC1水平,分析各組間差異。結(jié)果:MUC1在潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(8.64±6.09 U/ml,P=0.047)及結(jié)直腸癌(9.98±7.75 U/ml,P=0.014)患者血清中的表達(dá)明顯高于對照組(6.06±3.49 U/ml)。在結(jié)直腸癌組中,有轉(zhuǎn)移組(13.80±9.69U/ml)明顯高于無轉(zhuǎn)移組(6.82±3.58U/ml),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.010)。而潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎和結(jié)直腸癌組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.453)。結(jié)論:MUC1在潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎及結(jié)直腸癌患者血清中表達(dá)增高,提示其可能與炎癥及腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān),檢測其表達(dá)水平,對患者炎癥程度、腫瘤的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移有一定預(yù)判價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of serum mucin 1 (serum mucin 1s MUC1 in patients with ulcerative colitis, colorectal cancer and healthy people. Methods: from September 2015 to October 2016, 31 patients with ulcerative colitis and 31 patients with colorectal cancer were collected from the second affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The colorectal cancer group was divided into two groups: metastasis group and non-metastasis group (including lymph nodes and other organ metastasis). 31 healthy persons were selected as control group from the physical examination center, and the clinical data and serum of the patients were collected. The serum MUC1 level was detected by Elisa and the difference between the groups was analyzed. Results the expression of MUC1 in serum of patients with ulcerative colitis (8.64 鹵6.09 U / ml) and colorectal cancer (9.98 鹵7.75 U / ml) was significantly higher than that of control group (6.06 鹵3.49 U / ml). In the colorectal cancer group, the metastatic group (13.80 鹵9.69 U / ml) was significantly higher than the non-metastatic group (6.82 鹵3.58 U / ml), the difference was statistically significant (P0. 010). There was no significant difference between ulcerative colitis and colorectal cancer (P = 0.453). Conclusion the increased expression of MUC1 in serum of patients with ulcerative colitis and colorectal cancer suggests that it may be related to the occurrence and development of inflammation and tumor. The risk of tumor and tumor metastasis have certain value.
