【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)激激活蛋白激酶(JNK)與磷酸化JNK(p-JNK)在晚期前列腺癌(PCa)和良性前列腺增生(BPH)中的表達(dá)及意義。方法:收集晚期PCa組織蠟塊40例,BPH組織蠟塊21例。免疫組化法檢測組織中JNK和p-JNK蛋白表達(dá),并分析其與晚期PCa和BPH的關(guān)系,及與晚期PCa患者病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:BPH組與PCa組JNK蛋白陽性表達(dá)率分別為42.86%、52.50%,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。在未轉(zhuǎn)移癌和轉(zhuǎn)移癌、Gleason≤7和Gleason7、PSA≤20μg/L和PSA20μg/L、生存時間5年和生存時間≤5年P(guān)Ca中的JNK蛋白陽性表達(dá)率分別為53.85%和51.85%、58.82%和47.82%、57.14%和51.52%、60.00%和45.00%,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。p-JNK蛋白在BPH組與PCa組中的陽性表達(dá)率分別為33.33%、35.00%,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。在未轉(zhuǎn)移癌和轉(zhuǎn)移癌、Gleason≤7和Gleason7、PSA≤20μg/L和PSA20μg/L PCa中的p-JNK蛋白陽性表達(dá)率分別為30.77%和37.03%、35.29%和34.78%、43.75%和10.93%,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。生存時間5年組pJNK陽性率為50%,生存時間≤5年組p-JNK陽性率為20.00%,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:p-JNK高表達(dá)的PCa組生存時間長,并與PCa的預(yù)后相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of stress activated protein kinase (JNK) and phosphorylated JNK (p-JNK) in advanced prostate cancer (PCA) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: a total of 40 cases of BPH tissue wax block in late stage were collected. The expression of JNK and p-JNK protein was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between JNK and p-JNK protein and the pathological characteristics of late PCA was analyzed.
