【摘要】：反義RNA是一類能與特異性mRNA互補(bǔ)并從翻譯、轉(zhuǎn)錄或轉(zhuǎn)錄后水平上高度特異地抑制靶基因表達(dá)的RNA分子。肝癌是全球最常見且致命的惡性腫瘤。肝癌組織的無限增殖、侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移、放化療耐受等能力成為其無法治愈并不斷惡化的重要原因。反義RNA在肝癌腫瘤中異常表達(dá),腫瘤的惡性表型維持需要眾多反義RNA的參與。近年來,利用反義RNA技術(shù)治療惡性腫瘤已經(jīng)成為了一個(gè)新的研究方向,本文對(duì)這一技術(shù)治療肝癌進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Antisense RNA is a class of RNA molecules that complement the specific mRNA and highly specifically inhibit the target gene expression from the translation, transcription or post transcriptional level. Liver cancer is the most common and fatal malignant tumor in the world. The unlimited proliferation, invasion and metastasis, and chemotherapy tolerance of liver cancer are the important reasons for its inability to cure and continue to deteriorate. Antisense RNA is abnormally expressed in cancer of the liver, and the maintenance of malignant phenotype of the tumor requires the participation of many antisense RNA. In recent years, the use of antisense RNA technology to treat malignant tumors has become a new research direction. This paper reviews this technique for the treatment of liver cancer.
