【摘要】：目的:深入研究BCL11A在宮頸癌組織及癌旁正常組織中的表達(dá)情況及其與臨床病理因素的相關(guān)性。方法:收集62例宮頸癌組織及相對應(yīng)的癌旁正常組織,制作成石蠟切片,并通過免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測BCL11A蛋白在宮頸癌組織和癌旁正常組織中的表達(dá),并結(jié)合患者資料,采用卡方檢驗分析BCL11A的表達(dá)與患者年齡、腫瘤大小、淋巴結(jié)受累等臨床病理因素之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:(1)免疫組化結(jié)果顯示,相比癌旁宮頸正常組織,BCL11A在癌組織中表達(dá)顯著升高,并且具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。(2)BCL11A在宮頸癌組織中的表達(dá)定位也具有差異性,BCL11A在宮頸癌組織中的表達(dá)主要定位于細(xì)胞核,而在癌旁正常組織中BCL11A的表達(dá)主要定位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)。(3)BCL11A的表達(dá)與患者的年齡(P=0.436)、臨床分級(P=0.683)、腫瘤大小(P=0.734)以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移數(shù)目(P=0.439)無關(guān),但與淋巴結(jié)受累情況有關(guān),出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(N1-3)的患者中BCL11A蛋白的表達(dá)水平高于未出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(N0)的患者(P=0.043)。結(jié)論:BCL11A在宮頸癌組織中高表達(dá),在癌旁正常組織中表達(dá)較低;BCL11A的表達(dá)與宮頸癌患者的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移情況相關(guān),即出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的患者BCL11A的表達(dá)較高;在宮頸癌組織中BCL11A的表達(dá)主要定位于在細(xì)胞核中,而在癌旁正常組織中,BCL11A的表達(dá)主要定位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)中。BCL11A可能在宮頸癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起著重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of BCL11A in cervical carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological factors. Methods: a total of 62 cases of cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected and made into paraffin sections. The expression of BCL11A protein in cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. The correlation of BCL11A expression with age, tumor size, lymph node involvement and other clinicopathological factors was analyzed by chi-square test. Results: (1) Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of BCL11A in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal cervical tissues. The expression of BCL11A in cervical carcinoma was also different. The expression of BCL11A in cervical carcinoma was mainly located in the nucleus. The expression of BCL11A in adjacent normal tissues was mainly located in the cytoplasm. (3) the expression of BCL11A was not related to the patient's age (P0. 436), clinical grade (P0. 683), tumor size (P0. 734) and the number of lymph node metastasis (P0. 439), but it was related to the lymph node involvement. The expression of BCL11A protein in patients with lymph node metastasis (N1-3) was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis (P0. 043). Conclusion the high expression of BCL11A in cervical carcinoma and the lower expression of BCL11A in adjacent normal tissues are associated with lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer, that is, the expression of BCL11A is higher in patients with lymph node metastasis. The expression of BCL11A in cervical carcinoma is mainly located in the nucleus, while in the adjacent normal tissue, the expression of BCL11A is mainly located in the cytoplasm. BCL11A may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
