【摘要】：目的:探討胃癌組織中Vav1蛋白表達(dá)與腫瘤臨床生物學(xué)行為及預(yù)后的關(guān)系,并對Vav1蛋白與轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)蛋白MMP-2、TIMP-1的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測Vav1、MMP-2、TIMP-1蛋白在胃癌及癌旁組織中的表達(dá),收集患者的臨床資料并進(jìn)行隨訪。結(jié)果:Vav1、MMP-2蛋白在胃癌組織中的陽性表達(dá)率高于癌旁組織(均P0.01),TIMP-1蛋白在胃癌組織中表達(dá)低于癌旁組織(P0.01)。Vav1蛋白與腫瘤分化程度、浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期相關(guān)(P0.05)。Vav1陽性表達(dá)患者5年生存率為26.26%,明顯低于陰性表達(dá)患者(50.82%)(均P0.05)。Cox比例風(fēng)險回歸顯示,Vav1陽性表達(dá)是影響患者預(yù)后的獨(dú)立危險因素(P0.05)。Vav1與MMP-2存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Vav1與胃癌的侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān),Vav1陽性表達(dá)是胃癌預(yù)后差的標(biāo)志。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the expression of Vav1 protein and the clinical biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma, and to analyze the relationship between Vav1 protein and MMP-2TIMP-1. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Vav1, MMP-2 and TIMP-1 protein in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues. The clinical data of the patients were collected and followed up. Results the positive expression rate of MMP 2 protein in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues (P0.01). The expression of TIMP-1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues (P0.01). Vav1 protein was associated with the degree of differentiation and depth of invasion. The 5-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of TNM was 26.26, which was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression (50.82%) (P0.05). Cox proportional risk regression showed that the positive expression of Vav1 was an independent risk factor influencing the prognosis of patients (P0.05). Vav1 was positively correlated with MMP-2 (P0.05). Conclusion the positive expression of Vav1 is associated with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma, which is a marker of poor prognosis of gastric cancer.
