【摘要】：目的:探討四磨湯口服液對食管癌術(shù)后胃腸功能與胃腸激素分泌的影響。方法:選取70例食管癌手術(shù)患者隨機分為四磨湯口服液組和生理鹽水組各35例,兩組均給予圍手術(shù)期常規(guī)營養(yǎng)支持治療。四磨湯口服液組術(shù)后經(jīng)鼻腸營養(yǎng)管注入四磨湯口服液,生理鹽水組給予等量生理鹽水(安慰劑)治療,觀察比較兩組患者胃腸功能恢復情況及胃腸激素分泌的影響。結(jié)果:四磨湯口服液組對于食管癌術(shù)后腸鳴音恢復時間、首次肛門排氣時間均顯著早于生理鹽水組(P0.05),但兩組首次肛門排便時間并無顯著性差異(P0.05);四磨湯口服液組血漿MTL和GAS水平與生理鹽水組間兩兩比較有顯著性差異(P0.05);且兩組MTL、GAS濃度術(shù)后隨著時間推移呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,組內(nèi)不同時間點水平差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)結(jié)論:四磨湯口服液能夠有效促進食管癌術(shù)后胃腸功能的恢復,加速康復,可能與其促進MTL、GAS的分泌有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of simmotang oral liquid on gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal hormone secretion after esophagus cancer operation. Methods: 70 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into four milled oral liquid group and 35 normal saline group. The two groups were given perioperative routine nutritional support treatment. Four moortang oral liquid group was injected by naso enteral nutrition tube after operation four. In the two groups, the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the effect of gastrointestinal hormone secretion were compared between the two groups. Results: the time of the recovery of the bowel sounds after the operation of the esophagus carcinoma and the first anus exhaust time were significantly earlier than that of the normal saline group (P0.05), but the first two groups were first. There was no significant difference in the time of the anus defecation (P0.05). The plasma MTL and GAS levels were significantly different from those in the normal saline group (P0.05), and the concentration of MTL and GAS in the group of MTL and GAS increased with time, and the difference in the different time points in the group was statistically significant (P0.05). Fluid can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after esophageal cancer surgery, and it may be related to the promotion of MTL and GAS secretion.
