【摘要】：腸道菌群不僅在人體的營(yíng)養(yǎng)代謝、免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)中扮演重要角色,還與惡性腫瘤進(jìn)展密切相關(guān)。近年來(lái),腸道菌群參與腫瘤免疫調(diào)控備受研究者關(guān)注,腸道菌群通過(guò)干預(yù)負(fù)性免疫調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展。然而,目前針對(duì)腸道菌群與腫瘤免疫調(diào)控關(guān)系的研究多停留于關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,其分子作用機(jī)制尚未完全闡明。本文從腸道菌群干預(yù)腫瘤負(fù)性免疫調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞、負(fù)性免疫調(diào)節(jié)分子及負(fù)性免疫調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞因子等方面闡述腸道菌群干預(yù)腫瘤惡性進(jìn)程的機(jī)制,以期為腫瘤治療提供新的思路和策略。
[Abstract]:Intestinal flora not only plays an important role in human nutrition metabolism and immune homeostasis, but also is closely related to the progress of malignant tumor. In recent years, the intestinal microflora involved in tumor immune regulation has been concerned by researchers. Intestinal microflora affects tumor development through the intervention of negative immune regulatory network. However, the current studies on the relationship between intestinal flora and tumor immune regulation are mostly focused on the correlation analysis, and its molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated. In this paper, the mechanism of intestinal microflora interfering with tumor negative immunomodulatory cells, negative immunomodulator molecules and negative immunomodulatory cytokines was discussed in order to provide new ideas and strategies for tumor treatment.
