【摘要】：正2015年的中國惡性腫瘤統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)[1]顯示,中國結(jié)直腸癌發(fā)病率和病死率在全部惡性腫瘤中均位居前5位,并呈逐年快速上升態(tài)勢,已嚴(yán)重危害人民健康。以上海為例,20世紀(jì)70年代初的結(jié)直腸癌發(fā)病率在常見惡性腫瘤中位居第6位,至2015年上升至第2位(達(dá)54/10萬),病死率位列第4位,已等同于西方國家水平。然而,目前中國大多數(shù)醫(yī)院仍在普通外科等綜合科室診治結(jié)直腸
[Abstract]:The statistical data of malignant tumors in China in 2015 show that the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in China are among the top 5 of all malignant tumors, and they are rising rapidly year by year, which has seriously harmed the health of the people. Taking Shanghai as an example, the incidence of colorectal cancer ranked sixth among the common malignant tumors in the early 1970s, and rose to the second place in 2015 (54 / 100,000), and the mortality rate ranked 4th, which is equivalent to the level of western countries. However, at present, most hospitals in China are still in the general department of general surgery for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
