【摘要】：正子宮內(nèi)膜癌是女性生殖道常見的惡性腫瘤,其組織學(xué)分型包括子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌(endometrial adenocarcinoma,EA)、漿液性腺癌(serous adenocarcinoma,SA)等,組織學(xué)分型是影響子宮內(nèi)膜癌預(yù)后評估及選擇治療方式的重要因素~([1])。擴散加權(quán)成像(DWI)為功能MRI成像,具有掃描時間短、無需使用對比劑、可利用表觀擴散系數(shù)(ADC)進行量化評估等優(yōu)勢,現(xiàn)已逐步成為子宮內(nèi)膜癌治療前的常規(guī)掃描序列~([2])。
[Abstract]:Endometrial carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in female genital tract. Its histological classification includes endometrial adenocarcinoma EAA, serous adenocarcinoma, serous adenocarcinoma and so on. Histological classification is an important factor that affects the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma and the choice of treatment ([1]). Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is a functional MRI imaging with the advantages of short scanning time, no need to use contrast agent and quantitative evaluation using apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCC). DWI has gradually become a routine scanning sequence before treatment of endometrial carcinoma ([2]).
