【摘要】：目的觀察Pin1和CyclinD1蛋白在乳腺浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌組織中的表達(dá)并探討其臨床意義。方法采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)108例乳腺浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌和30例正常乳腺組織石蠟切片中Pin1和CyclinD1蛋白表達(dá),分析二者表達(dá)與乳腺癌患者臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 Pinl蛋白在正常乳腺組織中不表達(dá),在乳腺癌組織中陽(yáng)性表達(dá)定位于細(xì)胞核,微弱表達(dá)時(shí)胞核少許輕微著色,過表達(dá)時(shí)胞核和胞質(zhì)均著色。Pinl蛋白在55.6%(60/108)乳腺浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌患者癌組織中呈陽(yáng)性或強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)。Pin1蛋白表達(dá)與患者組織學(xué)分級(jí)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P均0.05),而與年齡、腫瘤大小、臨床分期無關(guān)(P均0.05)。CyclinD1蛋白在正常乳腺組織中不表達(dá)。CyclinD1蛋白在乳腺癌組織中陽(yáng)性表達(dá)定位于細(xì)胞核,65例表達(dá)陽(yáng)性,陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為60.2%。CyclinD1蛋白表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05),而與年齡、腫瘤大小、組織學(xué)分級(jí)、臨床分期無關(guān)(P均0.05)。在浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌組織中Pin1與CyclinD1蛋白表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.224,P0.05)。結(jié)論 Pin1和CyclinD1蛋白在浸潤(rùn)性乳腺癌組織中呈高表達(dá);二者可能在乳腺浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移中發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Pin1 and CyclinD1 protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods the expression of Pin1 and CyclinD1 in paraffin sections of 108 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 30 cases of normal breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the expression of Pin1 and CyclinD1 and the clinicopathological features of breast cancer was analyzed. Results there was no expression of Pinl protein in normal breast tissues, but the positive expression was located in the nucleus in breast cancer tissues. In breast invasive ductal carcinoma, the positive or strong positive expression of Pin 1 protein was correlated with histological grade, lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05), age and tumor size. The positive expression of cyclin D1 protein in breast cancer tissues was found in 65 cases of breast cancer. The positive rate of expression of 60.2%.CyclinD1 protein was related to lymph node metastasis (P 0.05), but to age. Tumor size, histological grade, clinical stage were not significant (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of Pin1 and CyclinD1 protein in invasive ductal carcinoma. Conclusion Pin1 and CyclinD1 proteins are highly expressed in invasive breast cancer and may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.
