【摘要】：年輕乳腺癌較老年乳腺癌侵襲性更強,預(yù)后更差,但年齡界限并不清晰,年齡作為預(yù)后因素是否為連續(xù)性變量仍需論證。其中年輕妊娠相關(guān)性乳腺癌患者具有特殊的臨床及預(yù)后特征。本文將25歲及以下乳腺癌定義為極年輕乳腺癌(very young breast cancer,VYBC),對其遺傳學(xué)因素、臨床病理特征、預(yù)后、治療以及妊娠相關(guān)性乳腺癌等進行綜述,以期為更佳治療選擇提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Young breast cancer is more aggressive than old breast cancer, and the prognosis is worse, but the age limit is not clear. Age is still a continuous variable as a prognostic factor. Young pregnant women with breast cancer have special clinical and prognostic features. In this paper, breast cancer 25 years and below is defined as extremely young breast cancer (very youn). G breast cancer, VYBC), reviewed the genetic factors, clinicopathological features, prognosis, treatment, and pregnancy related breast cancer, in order to provide help for better treatment options.
