【摘要】：正根據(jù)腫瘤的不同時(shí)期、不同情況,腫瘤康復(fù)的目的也不同,包括預(yù)防性康復(fù)、恢復(fù)性康復(fù)、支持性康復(fù)、姑息性康復(fù)。集體抗癌屬于對(duì)抗腫瘤的一種新型模式,隨著其切實(shí)有效性逐漸彰顯而被日益重視。腫瘤患者作為社會(huì)特殊的群體,心理均比較脆弱,基于此現(xiàn)狀,組織集體抗癌就是注重對(duì)腫瘤患者的心理調(diào)節(jié)、行為矯治,規(guī)范其康復(fù)行為。集體心理療法,特點(diǎn)是將性質(zhì)相似或具有共同心理的腫瘤患者集中在一起,相互學(xué)習(xí)、討論、交流,彼此啟發(fā)幫助。因此,在抗癌的過程中,應(yīng)成立抗癌組織進(jìn)行群體抗癌,在重視藥物和手術(shù)治療的同時(shí),高度重視心理康復(fù),積極幫助腫瘤患者擺脫恐懼、絕望等負(fù)面情緒,讓患者重拾生活的信息,利于患者康復(fù),提高其生存率。
[Abstract]:According to different stages and conditions of tumor, the purpose of tumor rehabilitation is different, including preventive rehabilitation, restorative rehabilitation, supportive rehabilitation, palliative rehabilitation. Collective anticancer is a new mode of anti-tumor, which has been paid more and more attention with its effectiveness. Tumor patients, as a special group of society, are relatively weak psychological, based on this situation, collective organization of cancer is to focus on the psychological regulation of cancer patients, behavior correction, regulate their rehabilitation behavior. Group psychotherapy, characterized by bringing together cancer patients of similar nature or common psychology, learning from each other, discussing, communicating, and enlightening each other. Therefore, in the process of anticancer, anticancer organizations should be set up to carry out mass anticancer, attach great importance to psychological rehabilitation while paying attention to drugs and surgical treatment, and actively help cancer patients get rid of negative emotions such as fear and despair. Let the patient regain the information of life, benefit the patient to recover, improve its survival rate.
