【摘要】：整合醫(yī)學(xué)理念促使了既往部分醫(yī)教研工作、活動(dòng)從"有實(shí)踐、無(wú)概念"到"有概念、有實(shí)踐"的戰(zhàn)略推進(jìn)。整合腫瘤治療學(xué)即整合多種腫瘤治療方法,身心并重,促進(jìn)腫瘤患者的治療及康復(fù),是將臨床治療與環(huán)境保護(hù)、戒煙禁煙、科普宣教、心理干預(yù)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)治療、姑息治療、環(huán)境優(yōu)化、親屬照護(hù)、社保投入、公益支持等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行有機(jī)整合,涉及心理學(xué)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、倫理學(xué)、環(huán)境學(xué)、宗教信仰、人文關(guān)懷、政策保障、社會(huì)支持等多個(gè)方面,力求全方位多角度從多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)延長(zhǎng)患者生存期,并提高其綜合生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The integration of medical concepts has prompted some previous medical teaching and research work, the activities from "have practice, no concept" to "have concept, have practice" strategic advancement. Integration of oncology is the integration of a variety of cancer treatment methods, both physical and mental, to promote the treatment and rehabilitation of cancer patients. It is the combination of clinical treatment and environmental protection, smoking cessation, general science education, psychological intervention, nutrition treatment, palliative treatment, Environmental optimization, kinship care, social security investment, public welfare support and other aspects are organically integrated, involving psychology, nutrition, ethics, environmental science, religious belief, humanistic care, policy protection, social support, and so on. Aim to prolong the patient's life span and improve their comprehensive quality of life.
