【摘要】：目的探討早期(FIGOⅠ期)卵巢交界性腫瘤(borderline ovarian tumor,BOT)的臨床特點(diǎn)、治療方法及預(yù)后。方法回顧性分析中國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院2007年1月至2014年12月收治的50例行保守性手術(shù)的FIGOⅠ期BOT患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 50例患者平均年齡31.82歲。Ⅰa期25例,Ⅰb期2例,Ⅰc期23例。病理類型漿液性27例,黏液性18例,其他5例。隨訪40例,3例復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率7.5%。行保留生育功能全面分期手術(shù)與行單側(cè)附件切除或單純腫瘤核除術(shù)對(duì)BOT患者預(yù)后無(wú)明顯影響(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于有生育要求的早期BOT患者,行單側(cè)附件切除術(shù)和單純卵巢腫瘤核除術(shù)等保守性手術(shù)是安全可行的,復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是可以接受的,對(duì)總生存率無(wú)影響,術(shù)后需要嚴(yán)密隨訪。
