【摘要】：正美國胸科醫(yī)師學(xué)會在評估現(xiàn)有指南和最新文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,于2017年1月對2006年版《成人肺癌咳嗽對癥治療指南》進(jìn)行了更新;針對經(jīng)手術(shù)治療、全身抗腫瘤治療(如化療或外照射放療)后,仍然存在咳嗽困擾的肺癌患者以及肺癌治療相關(guān)性咳嗽患者,提出了8條具有循證基礎(chǔ)的具體建議:(1)作為咳嗽管理的第一步,指南建議應(yīng)先根據(jù)已發(fā)布的綜合評估和循證管理指南,明確患者咳嗽相關(guān)原因并啟動相應(yīng)治療。(2)推
[Abstract]:The American College of chest Physicians, on the basis of an assessment of existing guidelines and the latest literature, updated the 2006 edition of the guidelines for the treatment of Lung Cancer and cough in Adults in January 2017. After systemic antitumor therapy (such as chemotherapy or external irradiation and radiotherapy), there are still lung cancer patients with cough problems and patients with cough associated with lung cancer treatment. Eight evidence-based specific recommendations: 1) are put forward as the first step in cough management. The guidelines recommend that the cause of cough should be identified and treatment initiated in accordance with the published guidelines for comprehensive assessment and evidence-based management.
