【摘要】：目的評價生血寶合劑治療非小細(xì)胞肺癌化療引起的白細(xì)胞減少癥的有效性。方法采用隨機(jī)雙盲、平行對照、多中心臨床試驗的方法,將非小細(xì)胞肺癌化療后白細(xì)胞減少癥患者隨機(jī)分為治療組210例,對照組70例。在下一次化療前1天開始治療組予生血寶合劑,每次15 ml,每日3次;對照組給予安多霖膠囊,每次4粒,每日3次。兩組療程均為3周。觀察兩組患者治療前后外周血白細(xì)胞計數(shù)變化及分級、中醫(yī)證候療效及單項癥狀療效、Karnofsky評分。結(jié)果兩組治療后外周血白細(xì)胞數(shù)計數(shù)均高于治療前(P0.05),且治療組治療后及治療前后差值高于對照組(P0.05)。治療組治療后Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度及Ⅳ度白細(xì)胞減少總發(fā)生率(2.85%)低于對照組(4.29%)(P0.05)。治療組中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率為88.1%,對照組為60.00%,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。治療組神疲乏力、頭暈?zāi)垦�、心悸氣短、煩躁不安單項癥狀療效均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論生血寶合劑能有效防治非小細(xì)胞肺癌化療引起的白細(xì)胞減少癥,改善化療后患者癌因性疲乏。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of Shengxue Bao mixture in the treatment of leukopenia induced by chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods the patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 210) and control group (n = 70). One day before the next chemotherapy, the treatment group was treated with Shengxue Bao mixture, 15 ml per time, 3 times a day, while the control group was given 4 capsules of Anduolin capsule, 3 times a day. The course of treatment was 3 weeks in both groups. The changes and grades of peripheral blood leukocyte count, the curative effect of TCM syndromes and single symptom were observed before and after treatment and Karnofsky score. Results after treatment, the white blood cell count in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was higher than that in the control group after treatment and before and after treatment.
