【摘要】：目的評價益生菌對大鼠化療所致小腸黏膜炎的療效。方法檢索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、CBM、CNKI、WanFang、VIP數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫至2016年4月有關(guān)的對照實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,按納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選文獻(xiàn)并評價質(zhì)量,提取數(shù)據(jù)后進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果共納入6篇文獻(xiàn),與對照組比較,益生菌組小腸分泌、吸收功能增強(qiáng)[SMD=1.73,95%CI(0.79,2.68),P0.01],空腸抗氧化能力提高[SMD=-2.12,95%CI(-3.56,-0.67),P0.01],但低劑量益生菌(1×109 cfu/d)對小腸黏膜無保護(hù)作用[SMD空腸=-0.06,95%CI(-0.51,0.40)、SMD回腸=0.02,95%CI(-0.71,0.75),P0.05],而高劑量益生菌(≥1×109 cfu/d)可減輕小腸病理損傷[SMD空腸=-0.64,95%CI(-1.20,-0.09)、SMD回腸=-0.85,95%CI(-1.59,-0.12),P0.05]。結(jié)論高劑量益生菌能減輕大鼠化療所致小腸黏膜炎性反應(yīng),但由于納入文獻(xiàn)較少及發(fā)表偏倚等因素的影響,益生菌對化療所致小腸黏膜炎的療效可能被高估。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of probiotics on intestinal mucositis induced by chemotherapy in rats. Methods A comparative experimental study was carried out to search the database of PubMedus EMbase Cochranegne (CBM) and CNKIIA Wan Fangli VIP database until April 2016. According to the exclusion criteria, the literature was selected and the quality was evaluated, and the data were extracted and analyzed.
