【摘要】：正甲狀腺癌是人體最常見的內分泌系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤,其發(fā)病率呈逐年遞增趨勢,根據(jù)上海市統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),2001—2009年間,甲狀腺癌的總發(fā)病率升高了近3倍,這也使得目前甲狀腺癌的防治上升成為一個社會問題。甲狀腺癌具有多種病理類型,其中分化型甲狀腺癌(DTC)包括甲狀腺乳頭狀癌(PTC)和濾泡狀癌(FTC)占所有甲狀腺癌的90%以上。DTC的生物學行為相對惰性,預后良
[Abstract]:Positive thyroid carcinoma is the most common endocrine malignant tumor in human body, and its incidence is increasing year by year. According to Shanghai statistics, the total incidence rate of thyroid cancer has increased nearly threefold between 2001 and 2009. This also makes the prevention and treatment of thyroid cancer become a social problem. Thyroid carcinoma has a variety of pathological types, among which differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) including thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC) and follicular carcinoma (FTC) account for more than 90% of all thyroid carcinomas. DTC has relatively inert biological behavior and good prognosis.
