【摘要】：外泌體是多種活細胞分泌的有被小泡,包含有蛋白質(zhì)、脂質(zhì)、核酸及多種其他生物大分子。外泌體在很多病理生理過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,如免疫中抗原呈遞、組織損傷修復(fù)、腫瘤的生長與遷移等。腫瘤來源或腫瘤相關(guān)的外泌體在調(diào)控腫瘤發(fā)生和發(fā)展的過程中扮演重要角色,對腫瘤外泌體的分析和檢測可以輔助腫瘤的早期診斷為患者提供新的治療方法。該文從外泌體的起源、組成及其在腫瘤發(fā)生、發(fā)展、遷移、診斷治療等方面進行綜述,為腫瘤治療提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Exocrine is a vesicle secreted by a variety of living cells, including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and a variety of other biological macromolecules. Exocrine plays an important role in many pathophysiological processes, such as antigen presentation, tissue damage repair, tumor growth and migration, and tumor origin or tumor related exocrine in regulating tumor hair. In the process of birth and development, the analysis and detection of the tumor exocrine can assist the early diagnosis of the tumor to provide a new treatment for the patients. This article reviews the origin of the exocrine, its composition and its development, migration, diagnosis and treatment, and provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of tumor.
