【摘要】：分子分型中,三陰性乳腺癌(TNBC)多屬于的基底樣型,由于其高度侵襲性、預(yù)后差、缺乏靶向治療方案,一直是近年來(lái)的研究熱點(diǎn)。目前,診斷TNBC的特異性影像學(xué)征象很少,超聲為乳腺癌篩查最常用的檢查方法。本文對(duì)超聲診斷TNBC的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:In molecular classification, TNBCC (tri-negative breast cancer) belongs to the base-like type. Because of its high invasion, poor prognosis and lack of targeted therapy, it has been a hot research topic in recent years. At present, there are few specific imaging signs in the diagnosis of TNBC, ultrasound is the most commonly used examination method for breast cancer screening. This article reviews the research progress of ultrasonic diagnosis of TNBC.
