叉頭框P1、白介素-6在結直腸腺癌中的表達及意義

【摘要】:目的:通過研究叉頭框P1(forkhead box P1,FOXP1)及白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)在人結直腸腺癌組織中的表達及其與臨床病理學參數間的關系,探討二者在結直腸腺癌中的作用及二者間的相關性。方法:采用免疫組化法檢測120例結直腸腺癌組織及20例癌旁組織中FOXP1及IL-6的表達,分析各指標與結直腸腺癌臨床病理學參數間關系及FOXP1與IL-6的相關性。結果:(1)結直腸腺癌組織中FOXP1及IL-6的陽性表達率分別為68.3%和75.8%,癌旁組織中FOXP1及IL-6的陽性表達率分別為35%和20.0%。與癌旁組織相比,FOXP1及IL-6在結直腸腺癌組織中的表達明顯增加。(2)FOXP1在高、中、低分化組中的表達率分別為:36.0%、69.4%、90.9%,隨著分化程度下降,表達依次增加,χ2=19.881,p0.01;FOXP1在有淋巴結轉移組中的表達率為80.9%,與無淋巴結轉移組(30.8%)相比表達明顯升高,χ2=24.325,p0.01;FOXP1在Ⅰ+Ⅱ期表達率為51.8%,明顯低于Ⅲ+Ⅳ期表達率76.6%,χ2=8.059,p=0.007。FOXP1在結直腸腺癌中的表達增加與患者年齡、性別、發(fā)生部位差異無統計學意義(p0.05)。(3)IL-6在高、中、低分化組中的表達率分別為:64.0%、70.9%、93.9%,隨著分化程度下降,表達依次增加,χ2=8.614,p=0.013;IL-6在淋巴結轉移組中的表達率為81.9%,明顯高于無淋巴結轉移組53.8%,χ2=19.875,p0.01;IL-6在Ⅰ+Ⅱ期表達率為64.3%,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期與之相比,表達率(85.9%)顯著增加,χ2=7.640,p=0.01。IL-6在結直腸腺癌中的表達增加與患者年齡、性別、發(fā)生部位無明顯統計學差異(p0.05)。(4)FOXP1與IL-6蛋白表達呈正相關關系(r=0.453,p0.01)。結論:(1)FOXP1及IL-6的高表達可能是結直腸腺癌的促進因素。(2)FOXP1及IL-6高表達與結直腸癌的進展、分化程度及淋巴結轉移相關,可能作為結直腸腺癌的有效預后標記物及臨床治療的靶點。(3)FOXP1與IL-6的表達呈現正相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of P1(forkhead box P1FXP1 and Interleukin-6IL-6 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and to explore their roles in colorectal adenocarcinoma and the correlation between them. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FOXP1 and IL-6 in 120 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues. The relationship between each index and clinicopathological parameters of colorectal adenocarcinoma and the correlation between FOXP1 and IL-6 were analyzed. Results the positive expression rates of FOXP1 and IL-6 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were 68.3% and 75.8%, respectively. The positive rates of FOXP1 and IL-6 in adjacent tissues were 35% and 20.0%, respectively. The expression rates of FOXP1 and IL-6 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues. The expression rates of FOXP1 in high, middle and low differentiation groups were 36.0 and 69.4%, respectively, and decreased with the degree of differentiation.
